Refund/Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your floral, gift, etc. we'll do everything we can to make it right. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we will send a replacement or refund all or part of the purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 5 days of receipt of your floral order or 30 days with non floral order. We will only accept returns/refunds with original receipt.

We will only give STORE CREDIT for returns/refunds.

Occasionally, due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If substitutions are to be made, you will receive a phone call (if phone number was provided in order).

  • Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.
  • If you find it necessary to cancel or change delivery dates/addresses for any other orders, simply call 320-523-2828.
  • We are also unable to accept cancellations or change requests via e-mail.
